During my summer internship at Arity, working with the Mobile Publishers and Mobility Intelligence teams, I designed assistance tools for Arity's mobile apps and the Mobility Intelligence Portal. Collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders, I led research to provide design recommendations and created prototypes that were successfully implemented by developers. I owned 3 projects:
Designed 3 product flows across Routely that were sent to development - AI assistant, onboarding, and log sharing.
Created 20+ reusable components for the existing Routely design system and built an AI design system to improve cross-product consistency.
Conducted user survey research and synthesized findings into design recommendations, informing the structure and placement of user guidance.

I designed an AI assistant for Routely app users to provide quick self-service. This feature provided contextual support by introducing assistance at different points.

Mobility Intelligence Portal Guides
I led user survey research to determine the structure of user guides, content information, and where guidance should be placed in the portal. Through this research, I created design recommendations based on where users experience frustrations when managing mobility intelligence jobs.
